[ Take A Moment ]

Journaling is a an easy and practical way we can discover more about ourselves and our thought patterns.

Look, there is no doubt that there is something extremely comforting in grabbing a thick pretty notebook, a good pen and writing your thoughts out on beautiful crisp, white paper. Writing and scrawling whatever your intuition guides you to write. Scribbling downs your thoughts like a wildfire, feeling your emotions pour out onto the pure, empty pages. Leaving your world on a page. Entering this flow of words and thoughts provides much more than a beautiful, blissful feeling though.

Journaling regularly can; increase your writing ability - motivate you to make the most of each day - heal the past and troubling memories - reveal your greater potential - find more meaning in life - embrace mess and imperfection - feel empowered - organise your life !

e.g. shit working conditions, toxic relationships

WHERE IS MY ENERGY GOING?

Simply draw up two columns with these headings;

  • Divert energy from …

List the things that you wish to minimise your time/attention with on the left hand side.

  • Direct energy to …

List the things that you wish to increase your energy output to on the right hand side.

e.g. watching foreign films, attending events alone
