The crew decide to head to the bakery upon arriving in Portarlington.

Zach and Holly devouring the goods. The ferry leaves us hungry for both a feed and an adventure. Note that Zach seems to be eating a tennis ball (mmMm).

The Portarlington foreshore through the eyes of Holly’s trusty point-and-shoot. The water stretches out like an endless pool.

Sun bums. Zach and Dom slip, slop and slap in the midst of the afternoon heat.

Smiles all around.

Shell antics. On the way home, a quick pit-stop at Coles is required to stock up on some hummus and $6.66 wine. The Devil’s drop, you could say. Mixed with the sun, it certainly gets us.

Sunset, an empty V-Line carriage and one too many glasses of wine. The struggle to get Holly onto this train is real, with the trio having to call in help from Gerard and Callum. Racing along the highway to Geelong, sun-roof down, and ‘Hyperreal’ pounding from the speakers as we neck the remainder of the bottle.
